In addition to our normal referral process via the Nexus Connect Referral Portal, we are pleased to offer you an alternate solution whereby clients can refer their own loan enquiry direct to a lender. This can be useful in cases where you may prefer to remain at arms length or where this may be a clients preferred option. You will still receive full commission and there are no special accreditations required – you automatically have access as a Nexus Referral Partner.
We currently offer two options for a client to self refer:
Pepper Money
Through our referral arrangements with Pepper Money, you can provide your clients with access to their simplified digital lending application.

Note - The Client self refer link above for Pepper Money is for residential security only at this stage, but Commercial & SMSF client enquiries can still be referred to Pepper Money at any time via the existing Nexus Connect referral portal.
If your client would prefer not to use the online self refer link above, you can still refer them to their chosen lending solution using the existing Nexus Connect referral portal https://memberportal.nexuspartners.com.au/ and the chosen lender will make contact with them

We now offer your clients the option of referring their lending enquiry direct to our Nexus Concierge team via an easy online enquiry form. Clients submit their enquiry direct to Nexus Concierge and a member of our Mortgage Advisory team will contact them direct to discuss their requirements.
Nexus Concierge provides access to a full scale mortgage brokerage solution. We have access to a panel of 30+ lenders who may be able to provide a solution to your clients lending needs by comparing different offers in the market.
