Submit an enquiryThis document is managed by Nexus Partners Pty Ltd ABN 56 128 705 340 Australian Credit Licence 387734 (Nexus Partners). Nexus Partners will send your enquiry to Pepper Money who will provide you with an indicative approval upon completion of the online application. Your referrer is not authorised to make any representations about loan facilities, including whether they are suitable for you. If you have any queries about loan facilities, please raise these with Pepper Money when they contact you.
Commission: If after sending your enquiry Form, you take out a loan, Nexus Partners will receive a commission payment from Pepper Money and Nexus Partners will then administer a commission payment to the individual/organisation who referred you to this service in accordance with the terms of the Referral Agreement held with them. You will receive more information from your chosen lender about the commission paid. You agree that Pepper Money will provide Nexus Partners with details about your loan amount for the purpose of administering a commission payment to your nominated Referrer if the loan proceeds. This commission payment is not payable by you, and is not added to your loan borrowings.
You are under no obligation to procced with any offer of finance you may receive from Pepper Money, and there are no fees payable by you to submit this initial enquiry.
Important Information from Nexus Partners. The information in your Enquiry Form will be used to help answer your enquiry and to ensure that, if you go ahead with a loan, a benefit is paid by Nexus Partners to your Referrer. The information you provide to us is handled in the strictest confidence and in accordance with the Privacy Act and our Privacy Policy. By submitting this form you agree to the terms and conditions and confirm you understand the purpose of this form.

We will provide you with a decision on your complaint within 45 days. If you are dissatisfied with the response of our complaints officer, you may make a complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority.
