A Simple Referral Process For Your Business

Referrer who holds a Credit Licence

  • Identify a finance requirement for your client
  • Assess the needs of your client and contact a preferred lender from our panel to refer the client
  • You can also call our office and we will manage the referral process with the client on your behalf
  • Lender meets with the client to complete the application process
  • You will be notified upon settlement and recieve a commission payment from us in the month following settlement
 

Referrer without a Licence

  • Identify a finance requirement for your client 
  • Call Nexus Partners to discuss your client's requirements or provide client's contact details to your preferred lender
  • We will liase with the lender to negotiate a solution and then call yourself or the client to discuss and arrange a lender interview
  • Lender meets with the client to complete the application process
  • You will be notified upon settlement and recieve a commission payment from us in the month following settlement

Note: It is a legislative requirement under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act that only credit licensees or authorised representatives undertake credit activities when dealing with a client. The act also imposes requirements for referrers to fully disclose commission and other benefits to a client as well as obtaining consent for the referral to be made.
