Q  I already refer business to a local finance broker or banker - why should I use Nexus Partners?

A    We believe there is greater value for your clients if you use our service and have direct access to a range of local lenders rather than aligning your business to just one lender. We also believe our commission terms are more attractive than what a local finance broker may be able to offer for referral business.

Q  Mortgage referrals are not part of our core business - will we incur additional administrative costs and paperwork by offering this service?

A    No - Nexus Partners manage the back office processes on your behalf and all mortgage related paperwork is completed by your preferred lender. 

Q  How do I receive commissions for successful mortgage referrals?

A    In the month following settlement you will receive a recipient created tax invoice and corresponding commission payment from Nexus Partners.               

   

Q  I don't have any experience offering a mortgage service to my clients - how do I get started?

A    Nexus Partners has developed simple and effective strategies to successfully integrate the mortgage referral service into a range of businesses. 

Q  If I refer my clients to the lenders will I lose control of the relationship?

A    No. We maintain strict ‘non-compete' arrangements with our lenders to ensure that they don't offer products or services that might compete with your core business. 

Q  Do I need to hold an Australian Credit License to provide this service to clients?

A    No. We have developed referral processes to suit both licensed and unlicensed referral partners. 

Q  Do I receive an ongoing trail commission for loans referred to banks via Nexus Partners?

A    Yes. We have a range of commission plans to suit your business with some lenders offering trail commission.
